APM JVC BRDV6000 - 3 YEAR WARRANTY

An Armato's 3-Year Extended Warranty will cover the item you purchased for 3 years regardless of the manufacturers warranty. For example : this extended warranty will cover the chip block of a camera as well as the video head which manufacturers will only cover generally for 90 days. The warranty entitles the customer to a mandatory free cleaning of the item once per year on an annually scheduled basis. The extended warranty is transferable for a small fee payable to Armato's.

• Armato's Pro Video will provide labor and parts for 3 years. Limitations and restrictions include and are not limited to those listed below. For Service your equipment must be shipped or carried in during normal business hours to Armato's Pro Video, 67-16 Myrtle Avenue, Glendale, NY 11385. Contract holder is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred. Armato's is not responsible for any damage that incurs from improperly packed equipment.
• The length of the warranty for any part or component is 3 years regardless of manufacturer's warranty.
• Loss or damage from intervening external causes which is not covered by this agreement shall include loss or damage resulting from fire, water, sand, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquake, theft, riot, terrorism, war, misuse, abuse or acts of God.
• The refinishing or replacement of any cabinet parts, knobs, doors, buttons, dials, and plastic parts are not covered by this agreement.
• This contract does not include any equipment that is not part of the main component or other external or attached equipment included but not limited to remote controls, lenses, brackets, lights, wireless components and filters.
• Armato' is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a delay in rendering service under this agreement, and the liability of Armato's is limited to the repair of any part of the product covered under this agreement and in no event shall it be held for any consequential damages.
• This service agreement is not automatically renewable and may be renewed only at the discretion of Armato's. If any renewal agreement should be offered by Armato's, the rate will reflect conditions as they exist at the time of renewal, such as, but not limited to the age of the product and current condition.
• This contract entitles the holder to a free cleaning of the listed equipment once per year on an annual scheduled basis. This cleaning is mandatory for purpose of maintaining condition and inspection of components. Failure to comply with this cleaning/inspection on schedule may void this contract. Depending on amount of use equipment incurs, additional cleaning may requaried at a discounted cost to the contract holder. The scheduled cleaning/inspection of the equipment must be performed within 14 days of schedule date. No exceptions.
• The obligation of Armato's, under this contract shall terminate if the equipment has been altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than Armato's in some form, in the opinion of Armato's, affects the reliability or detracts from the performance of the equipment, or if the equipment has been subjected to misuse through negligence or otherwise.
• This contract is transferable from the original contract holder for a small fee payable to Armato's only with the written permission of Armato's.
